**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- A hands-on, start-up or scale-up executive, with 18+ years of experience building small teams to facilitate effective, profitable business growth.

- Handling solution design in Fintech or Financial Services is a added skill
- Should have played role of Senior Solution Architect or Chief Architect in mid-size to large size organization
- Should have handled roadmap and evolution of architecture ecosystem
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill
