**ACTIVITY TO BE HANDLED**

To ensure the production activity running as per the SOP and documentation are filling timely at shop floor level.

To ensure the proper housekeeping inside and surrounding area of the plant.

To ensure plant equipment and utensils are in good condition before and after.

To ensure the products are manufactured and stored as per operating procedure to obtain defined quality.

To raise the deviation if any happened during operation.

Regular review & evaluation of production records for Quantity, Quality and Yields and signed by an approved person before sent to Quality Assurance.

To ensure continuing training and assist for department personnel is carried out according to need.

To review and implementation Batch Manufacturing Records and Standard Operating procedures.

Timely dispatch of finished products as per plan.

Motivate the Production team to meeting production targets.

Supervise overall plant Hygiene, cleanliness, Safety and maintenance of the plant.

Identify causes of non-conformities in product and process and suggest suitable disposition action and corrective actions, as necessary.

Monitor on routine basis performance of plant against the Quality Objectives.

To co-ordinate the team for investigation of deviation, OOT, OOS and market complaints.

Training & implementation of new documents.

To co-ordinate with QA department for issuance and submission of BMR / Documentation. GMP documentation and review.

To co-ordinate with QC department for in process testing, final product testing with compliances.

To co-ordinate with other department to maintain the plant facility and support for cGMP complies.

To co-ordinate with Maintenance department for Preventive maintenance to maintain the plant equipment to avoid breakdown to achieve production target within the time line.

Self-development: To develop cost effective means for manufacturing operation. In absence, allocate the responsibilities to subordinate and Seniors.

To be handover and takeover the charge of overall plant activities with documents from reliever.

To be handle manpower as per production activities.

To be trouble shooting and problem solving of plant and process to avoid downtime.

Sharing of suggestion to improve production, safety and environment.

To be follow all rules, regulation and policy of the company.

To be follow all safety permits at the time of non-routine activities and follow safety rules within the company.

To be daily reporting to HOD.

Experience - 3 to 5 Years

Location - Jhagadia

Qualification - Bsc/ MSc/ Dip Chemical/ Be Chemical/ Btech.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
