**Job Summary**:
The telecaller is responsible for communicating with potential or existing customers to promote and sell products or services. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing information, and handling objections to convert leads into sales or gather necessary information. Telecallers must have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiating calls to potential clients to promote products/services, following scripts, and ensuring accurate information is conveyed.
- **Inbound Calls**: Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, or solving problems.
- **Sales & Lead Generation**: Identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
- **Customer Interaction**: Building strong relationships with customers, maintaining professionalism, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Updating customer information in the database, documenting call results, and providing regular reports on sales and call outcomes.
- **Product Knowledge**: Staying updated on product details, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Follow-ups**: Following up on potential leads and inquiries to close sales or resolve outstanding issues.
- **Problem Resolution**: Assisting customers in resolving issues related to products or services offered.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent Communication**: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively, with good listening skills.
- **Persuasiveness**: Ability to influence and motivate customers.
- **Problem-solving**: Quick thinking to handle objections and resolve issues.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Focused on meeting customer needs and providing excellent service.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, or other relevant tools.
- **Multitasking**: Managing multiple tasks during calls without losing focus on the customer's needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (depending on the job level).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree may be preferred for some roles.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based or remote work.
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (depending on business requirements).

**Performance Metrics**:

- Call volume, conversion rates, sales targets, customer satisfaction levels, and feedback.
