**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide sellers through the registration and onboarding process.
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential sellers about the platform.
- Maintain and update records of seller interactions in our CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with new sellers and provide ongoing support.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seller integration.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Hindi is a must**.
- **Fluency in English is an added advantage**.
- Any graduate is eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to explain platform features in a clear and concise manner.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in tele calling, sales or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
- Goal-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
