**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
- Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to ensure relevant and impactful campaigns.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a loyal community.
- Stay updated on emerging platforms and tools to enhance social media strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and brand voice.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
