Social BeatProgrammatic Specialist : Gurugram SummaryThe programmatic Specialist will focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You will build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You'll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance, future programmatic strategy. You'll proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners and customers, on Display and Video 360 (DV360).Key Responsibility AreasUsing your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the platform strategy, execution, performance, and reporting of the media campaign across all programmatic buying platformsBe the programmatic expert for the client on campaign performance and optimization providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectivesBuild training materials and best practice documentationLeverage first-party and third-party data for targeting and insightsOversee the work of one specialist, train technical knowledge and manage workflowCoordinate assets and tags with vendors and ensuring campaigns are delivering against KPI’s and proactively manage campaign executionResponsible for overseeing client pacing & performance across digital media portfolioRecommend forward-thinking strategies and innovationsProactively working with client services on campaign set-up and optimization strategyWork with the data teams to provide analytical insights to the clientSkills2 - 4+ years of experience working in the programmatic digital media buying & planning space with focus a on programmatic strategy and executionDemonstrates understanding of media basics and conceptsWorking knowledge of Syndicated tools (GA, GDS, GTM, and etc)Understanding of optimization platforms & trafficking platformsMicrosoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)Team playerThinks StrategicallyAbout Social BeatFounded in 2012, Social Beat is a digital growth partner for leading brands and hyperscaling startups in India.
