**Material Handling & Storage**:

- Receive and verify all incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods as per purchase orders.
- Ensure materials are stored in designated areas under proper conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) as per company SOPs.
- Maintain segregation between raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to avoid contamination.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software and physical ledgers.
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels as per production and purchase requirements.
- Report stock discrepancies or damages immediately to management.
- **Issuance & Dispatch**:

- Issue materials to production departments as per approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) systems are followed.
- Prepare dispatch documents and coordinate with logistics for shipment of finished goods.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain all store-related records as per GMP, FSSAI, and ISO requirements.
- Label all materials properly with item code, batch number, expiry date, and status labels (Approved/Rejected/Quarantine).
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- **Safety & Housekeeping**:

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store area at all times.
- Follow safety protocols for handling materials and equipment.
- Report unsafe practices or incidents immediately.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience as Storekeeper, preferably in a **Pharma / Nutraceutical / FMCG** company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
