As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers, answering their queries, and promoting our products/services. **Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction
- Utilize computer systems and software to accurately record customer details and update information
- Achieve set targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to call scripts and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum basic knowledge of English is required (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
