**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production, Maintenance, Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
- Check and follow up machine maintenance plans
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and production targets.
- Continuously improve production efficiency and workflow through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization strategies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to prevent reoccurrence.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure optimal inventory turnover and minimize stockouts.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent wastage, minimize inventory carrying costs, and ensure accurate inventory records.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
