Lead the organization and structure it according to the investor's goals and visions.
- Provide direction and technical lead on the strategies specifically for carbon credit generation from the
Nature-based Solutions.
- Create a bridge between EKI Energy Services and the investors by addressing the goals and visions of both the parties.
- Supervise the Operations and Business Development teams to meet the objectives of the investors, business leads and EKI Energy Services Limited.
Conceptualize and materialize new business ideas according to the goals and expectations of the investors and business leads.
- Ensure quality in delivering services to the investors and business leads and opportunities in a time-bound manner.
- Keep the organization and the investors updated on new emerging areas in Nature-based Solutions and accordingly develop feasible strategies to tap those.
- Strong sense of understanding the investors' requirements and provide tailor-made solutions.
Capable to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and able to communicate people from multidisciplinary bac

**Requirements**:

- University degrees at least a Master's level or PhD level, in Nature-based solutions related sectors, such as forestry, agriculture, and/or natural resource management.
- At least 13-15 years of experience in technical as well as managerial level roles with special focus on Nature
- based solutions.
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Nature-based Solutions sector. Deep understanding of carbon credits mechanisms in general and in the context of Nature-based Solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Experience in creating and leading the teams with multiple technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills with good command of English.
