We are looking for a **Salesforce Primary Cloud Architect** to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and executing scalable and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce platform for global companies with multiple locations and entities. **Responsibilities**
- Work closely with EPAM Business Leaders and Consultants during the sales process, including solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating, and project planning
- Act as a technical advisor to CIO/CTO/EA level contacts on regular Salesforce Audits and Discovery Phases focusing on system performance, scalability, and security
- Lead technical design sessions and document technical solutions aligned with client business objectives
- Determine which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in the customer's architecture landscape
- Manage the design, development, integrations, and deployment of scalable and well-documented solutions on the Salesforce platform for global companies
- Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long-term viability, integrity, and adoption
- Participate in practice activities for POC, building accelerators, mentoring, and coaching other developers
- Conduct architecture workshops and other enablement sessions
- Mentor and guide junior enterprise architects

**Requirements**:

- At least 10 years of experience in Salesforce, responsible for delivering multiple complex solutions for global customers
- Hands-on experience in integrations, communities, and building app exchange packages
- Proficiency in Salesforce APEX, Lightning, SOQL, LWC, and APIs
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in asynchronous apex (Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, Batch Apex, Future Methods)
- Nice-to-have experience in Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Analytics, Field Service Lightning, Vlocity, etc.
- Experience working in a large SI, with global experience, including nearshore and offshore
- Multiple verified Salesforce Certificates
- Comfortable executing in a matrixed organization model across industries and technologies within the SFDC ecosystem
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel across the USA and, upon request, to the EU
