Primary Responsibilities

1. To achieve the annual objective - Sales, Receivables and gross contribution

2. To be within spend budgets - Travelling and sales promotions

3. To adhere to the business policy guidelines - written indent /stock receipts,

Acknowledgements, quarterly balance confirmations, leaky /damage claims

4. Implementation of national, zonal, regional strategy, product specific, sales strategies at

territory level

5. To handle the “channels” effectively - Placement & Liquidation

6. To recruit and train the other sales staff

7. To Plan and monitor the campaigns and submit the review report - Demos, farmer meets,

And liquidation

8. To participate in market development activities - Demos, farmer meets and to develop

Testimonials from the satisfied farmers

9. To maintain the data bases of dealers, farmers and villages

1. To develop personal contacts with progressive farmers

2. To maintain the good relationship with trade partners

3. To issues the principal certificate timely and maintaining record

4. Effective utilisation of sales promo inputs - Demo samples, Posters, banners & POPs

5. Identify the progressive farmers/Potential village for model plot and to maintain the

model plot till field day

6. Need to maintain the structured “Territory Profile “

7. Need to submit the daily work reports
