**Role Summary**:
As a Chat Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and promoting the company’s general insurance products. Your goal is to convert inquiries into sales while ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about general insurance products via the company’s live chat system.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Convert leads generated from chat into successful sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and sales strategies.
- Record customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Experience with chat support, telesales, or customer service roles is a plus.

**Key Skills**:

- Sales acumen and persuasion skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in live chat systems and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving and ability to handle customer objections.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
