- Develop and implement **effective lesson plans, study materials, and problem-solving techniques**.
- Conduct **regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and interactive discussions** to assess student progress.
- Prepare **question banks, mock tests, and revision materials** to enhance student performance in **Both Tamil and English.**:

- Stay updated with **NEET (UG) exam patterns, syllabus updates, and latest trends** in competitive exams.
- Provide **individual mentoring and academic support** to students.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**:Masters** in **Biology or a related field**.
- **Experience**: Minimum **1-5 years** of teaching experience in **NEET (UG) coaching institutes** or reputed schools.
- Strong conceptual clarity in **Biology**.
- Excellent **communication, problem-solving, and classroom management skills**.
- Ability to **motivate and inspire students** toward achieving their medical career goals.
