Vidhu Academy is a leading institute specializing in NEET, JEE, and competitive exam coaching. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Biology Faculty to mentor and train NEET aspirants with dedication and result-oriented teaching methods.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Biology classes for NEET aspirants (XI, XII & Repeaters batch).
  • Prepare and implement lesson plans, study materials, and question banks.
  • Conduct regular tests, assignments, and performance analysis.
  • Clarify students' doubts through extra sessions and mentoring.
  • Ensure syllabus completion within scheduled timelines.
  • Coordinate with the academic team for timetable scheduling and curriculum planning.
  • Contribute to test preparation, paper correction, and study material development.
  • Track student performance and share regular feedback with parents/management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree (M.Sc) in Biology / Zoology / Botany (Ph.D. preferred).
  • Prior NEET teaching experience (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong subject knowledge with ability to simplify concepts for students.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,099.17 per month
