**Job Summary**:
As an Architectural Intern with a focus on 3D Visualization, you will be an integral part of our design team, supporting the development of architectural concepts and plans. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills in 3D visualization, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard software, and contribute to real-world projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Visualization**:

- Utilize software skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling and realistic 3D renderings.
- Produce interior and exterior 3D visualizations that align with project requirements and design concepts.
- **Architectural Development**:

- Assist in the development of architectural concepts and plans under the guidance of senior architects.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring ideas to life through detailed 3D models and visualizations.
- **Communication and Presentation**:

- Effectively communicate design concepts through visual aids and presentations.
- Participate in team meetings and present your work to gather feedback and refine designs.
- **Research and Development**:

- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in architectural visualization.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the overall design process.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong interest in 3D visualizations and renderings for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
