**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dough Preparation**:

- Master the art of making traditional Neapolitan pizza dough using high-protein flour, water, salt, and yeast.
- Allow the dough to rise and develop flavor over an appropriate fermentation period.
- **Pizza Assembly**:

- Create and customize pizzas with a variety of fresh toppings, including tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and other seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure the proper balance of ingredients for optimal flavor and presentation.
- **Cooking Techniques**:

- Operate a wood-fired oven to achieve the perfect cooking conditions for Neapolitan pizza.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure each pizza is cooked to perfection.
- **Quality Control**:

- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Regularly taste and adjust recipes as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team regarding menu items and specials.
- **Menu Development**:

- Contribute to the creation and refinement of the pizza menu, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas.
- **Training and Mentoring**:

- Assist in training junior kitchen staff in pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
- Share knowledge of traditional Neapolitan methods and ingredients with the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a pizza chef, preferably with a focus on Neapolitan pizza.
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Familiarity with wood-fired ovens and their operation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Chef: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
