**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated **Tele Sales Advisors** to join our growing sales team. As a Telesales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate services over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company services clearly and effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle objections and close sales professionally.
- Work as part of a team to meet collective goals.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **English** (mandatory).
- Confidence and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and willing to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- **Freshers can apply.** Training will be provided.

**Benefits**:
