- **Technical Lead - Plumbing**

Job Profile
- To develop Technicians and Plumbers for developing Plumbing Sales & Services.
- To develop pan India 10000+ trained plumber’s network.
- To continuously train and certify MTPL trained plumbers.
- To generate sales volumes and revenues through such trained plumbers.
- To develop incentive plans for sales growth by plumbers.
- To develop AMC schemes with incentivization to plumbers.
- To train Franchisees and Sales teams.
- To develop a lead-time-based service system with incentivization.
- To improve service, quality and customer satisfaction.
- To use apps and digital platforms and promote MTPL plumbing.

Required Qualification -- Graduate. (Advantage if BE / Dip. Mech.)

Skills Required -
- Understand Water and Plumbing Dynamics.

Innovative Plumbing Solutions.

Technical Training Skills.

Local Networking Skills.

KRA’s -
- Every location to have 100-500 trained plumbers.

Sales revenue targets through Technicians and Plumbers.

Lead times, Quality and Customer Satisfaction Indices as per MTPL norms.

**Experience-- 3+ years**

**Location -- Bhandup (W) (Open for Travelling In Mumbai )**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
