**Position: Retail Sales Executive for Showroom**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Engagement and Assistance**
- Greet clients with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued.
- Assist clients in exploring pet accessories and other products, providing detailed information about offerings.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, offering solutions that enhance their experience.

**2. Front Desk and Showroom Management**
- Manage front-desk activities, including handling client appointments and inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment.
- Keep records of client visits, interactions, and preferences for better service.

**3. Sales and Marketing Support**
- Utilize strong sales techniques to showcase products and drive conversions.
- Contribute to the execution of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Provide feedback on client preferences to help refine product offerings and marketing approaches.

**4. Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain daily logs of client interactions and sales achievements.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of showroom activities and client data.

**5. Qualifications and Skills**:
**A) Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (showroom executive, front desk executive, or sales associate).

**B) Language Skills**: Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

**C) Personality**: Presentable, attractive, and approachable with excellent grooming standards.

**D) Skills**:

- Strong sales and marketing knowledge.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales and marketing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools for documentation and reporting.
