**Job Summary**

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong experience in Java Fullstack Java Core Java and Advanced Java.
- Have a proven track record of leading successful software development projects.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance (nice to have).
- Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
- Be adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Show attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a strong understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
