**Job Title**: Mother Teacher (Primary Grades)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a nurturing and supportive environment where students feel safe, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the individual learning needs of students.
- Focus on the holistic development of children, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.
- Foster a love for learning through creative and interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, games, group activities, and hands-on learning.
- Build strong relationships with students and monitor their academic progress, emotional well-being, and social interactions.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment by implementing effective behavior management strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure consistent and integrated learning experiences for students.
- Participate in school activities, professional development programs, and staff meetings as required.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a primary or elementary school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning styles in young children.
- Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and nurturing the growth of young learners.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for interactive learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with child-centered teaching methods and activity-based learning.
- Creative teaching techniques to engage young children and promote a positive attitude towards learning.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with both students and parents.
