**Job Title**: Mother Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and personalized support.
- Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child’s progress and development.
- Encourage students’ social, emotional, and intellectual growth through creative and interactive teaching methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or any relevant field (B.Ed preferred).
- Experience in teaching or handling young children is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic attitude.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and build strong student relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 1 year (preferred)
