RECEIVEING INWARD & OUTWARD MATERIAL, ARRANGING MATERIAL FOR INSPECTION, CROSS CHECKING WITH PURCHASE ORDER AND GRN ENTRY WITH MAINTAINING DAILY INWARD, OUTWARD SHEET. UPDATED INWARD REPORT SENDING TO PURCHASE AND PROJECT MANAGER. REPORTING SHORT MATERIAL STATUS TO THE PURCHASE MANAGER. ALLOCATING MATERIAL PROJECT WISE. LOADING / UNLOADING MATERIAL AT FACTORY FOR BOTH LOCAL & EXPORT PROJECTS. UPDATING DISPATCH LIST RECEIVED FROM PURCHASE/PROJECT DEPARTMENT.
