**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one counselling sessions to students and parents about academic programs and career options.
- Guide students in selecting courses, colleges/universities, and career paths based on their interests, aptitude, and financial background.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and regularly follow up to ensure high conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in national and international education systems, admission criteria, and scholarships.
- Organize and participate in educational fairs, workshops, webinars, and outreach events.
- Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in counselling, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet student enrollment targets.
- Empathetic, patient, and highly organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
