We are looking to hire an Oral Care Formulator in our Oral Care South Asia team based in Mumbai:
Main job purpose

Your Responsibilities

The job responsibilities would include
- Working on regional projects and global rollout projects
- Working closely with local and global CTI & CMI to pick up market insights
- Facilitating claims approval at LCF
- Co ordinating with global and BSPAN teams to populate the 5S funnel
- Monitoring consumer feedback on product launches
- Providing support to manufacturing sites for issues related to product & process and carrying out main plant trials
- Working on KBS initiatives
- Working on competitor intelligence

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 4-5 years of R&D experience part of which should preferably be as a formulator
- Experience in Formulation Development in personal care, preferably oral care
- Experience in working with cross country teams and supply chain teams will be preferred
