**Job Title**: Store Executive

**Department**: Stores / Inventory
Mechanical/Machinery Products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all inward and outward materials.
- Supervise unloading, receipt, stacking, and proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Issue materials to production as per requirement and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform regular stock verification, cycle counts, and reconcile physical stock with the system.
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams for timely availability and movement of materials.
- Maintain inventory levels as per minimum and maximum stock norms.
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and identification of stored items.
- Handle scrap and rejected materials as per company policy.
- Use ERP/software for inventory tracking and generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.
- Assist in monthly and annual physical stock audits.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge of storekeeping and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with ERP / inventory management systems.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Material Management.
- 1-4 years of experience in stores/inventory function, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related industry.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and inventory software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
