Title:* Logistics Executive

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Supply Chain Coordination:* Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement of materials to the delivery of the final product.

2. *Inventory Management:* Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock is maintained, avoiding overstocking and understocking.

3. *Transportation Management:* Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.

4. *Vendor Relations:* Work closely with vendors and transportation providers to negotiate contracts and manage service agreements.

5. *Compliance and Documentation:* Ensure all logistics activities comply with local, national, and international regulations. Handle necessary documentation for shipping and receiving goods.

6. *Cost Management:* Analyze logístical operations to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

7. *Customer Service:* Liaise with customers to ensure delivery specifications and timelines are met. Address any logístical issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.

8. *Technology Utilization:* Utilize logistics software or Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for tracking, planning, and inventory management.

9. *Reporting and Analysis:* Generate regular reports on logistics operations and performance metrics.

10. *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments, like sales, customer service, and procurement, to optimize logistics processes.

*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software or relevant IT systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

*Desirable Skills:*
- Professional certification in logistics or supply chain management.
- Experience in the specific industry of the hiring organization.

The role of a Logistics Executive can vary greatly depending on the size and type of the organization, as well as the complexity of the supply chain. In smaller companies, a Logistics Executive might take on a broader range of responsibilities, while in larger organizations, the role could be more specialized.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
