**Role and responsibility**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales.
- Strong understanding of farming practices and crop cycles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
