**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Planning and Execution**:

- Plan and execute events, activations, and exhibitions according to client requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with various teams such as design, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee logistics, vendor management, and budget allocation for events.
- Identify vendors for market rates analysis and maximize profit.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Project Leaders, understanding their & client needs, and providing customized solutions.
- Regularly communicate with Project Leaders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback for improvement.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate assigned tasks to shared resources/vendors, delegate responsibilities, and ensure effective collaboration among team members.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all aspects of events, activations, and exhibitions meet high standards of excellence.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with events and activations, develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate reports on events, activations, and exhibitions against predefined metrics.
- Analyse data to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
- **Cost Management**:

- Prepare project budgets and cost sheets independently.
- Manage expenses throughout the project lifecycle and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in event planning and coordination, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successful event execution and team management.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
