We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to connect with potential students and clients, promote our courses, and assist them in choosing the best programs for their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote courses and services.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about our training programs, certifications, and placement assistance.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve queries in a professional manner.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns to increase enrollments.
- Handle front office
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Communicate feedback from prospects to the sales and marketing teams to improve services.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
