Application Technologists, Alcohol
- Your next position?
As an Application Technologistsfor alcohol category, you will serve as technical expert and advisor to marketing, sales, flavour creation, and customers for Alcoholic Beverages Applications (Spirits, FABs, Beer, Wine etc.).In this role, you will be based in Mumbaiand directly reports to the Application Manager - Beverage.

**In this position you will be**:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with the customers; able to gain their trust and respect
- Actively maintain the flavour performance data for the flavour portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles
- Coach, train, and motivate technicians and technologists
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment in accordance with EH&S policies and hold others accountable for following these guidelines
- Team player with good communication and presentation skills

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Food Technology / Bachelor or Master’s degree in Sugar & Alcohol technology / PG diploma in fermentation and alcohol technology with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Alcoholic beverages blending, matching of market products, production, NPD or related area (preferred).
- Expert technical problem solving skills in Alcoholic beverages
- Knowledge of RM, ingredients, storage, distribution & product stability.
- Basic understanding of many of the flavour reactions/interactions in common alcoholic beverages and the ability to recommend flavour modifications based on performance
- Project management skills with the complete ability to lead large development projects
- Ability to lead projects for customers including customer visits
- Expert technical problem solving skills in Alcoholic beverages
- Ability to translate market trends into innovative products for key customers
- Ability to supervise and manage technicians and technologists
