**Job Designation**: Merchant Acquisition Executive (Freshers or 3 months experience)
**Qualification**: 10th/Intermediate/Degree (Minimum age: 18 years)
**Job Location**: Across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana

**Responsibilities**:

- **Revisits**: Encourage merchants who stopped using PayTM QR codes to start using the service again.
- **Onboarding**: Install PayTM sound boxes at merchant locations and guide them on using the system.
- **Loans**: Introduce merchants to PayTM’s loan solutions that can help expand their business or manage inventory.
- **Insurance Sales**: Explain health and shop insurance plans to merchants, highlighting the benefits.
- **Swipe Machine Sales**: Promote and sell PayTM swipe (EDC) machines to businesses that need card payment facilities.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a bike with a valid driving license and have an Android mobile.
- Good communication and persuasion skills.

**Compensation**:

- **Cities**: ₹2,52,000 per annum (₹16,200 take-home after deductions)
- **Rural Areas**: ₹1,87,000 per annum (₹13,500 take-home after deductions)
- **Incentives**: Up to ₹1,44,000 based on performance (unlimited earning potential)

**Interview Mode**: Virtual or Face-to-Face

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
