We're hiring **Telesales Executives** to join our enthusiastic startup team. You will handle incoming leads, explain our course offerings, and help students enroll in the right programs.

This is not just a job—it’s a chance to be part of something **creative, meaningful, and growing fast**.

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound queries regarding music courses
- Explain course benefits, pricing, and offerings
- Follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in a tracker

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or Graduate
- Good communication in hindi, Bengali (basic English is a plus)
- Confident, patient, and passionate about helping others
- Freshers are welcome (training provided)
- Interest in music or sales is a bonus

**Salary & Perks**
- **Monthly Salary**: ₹9,000 - ₹13,000 (based on experience & skills)
- **Incentives**: ₹300 to ₹500 per successful course conversion

- 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
