**Finance Manager Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, credit control, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
- Maintain and monitor the financial performance of the company.
- Make a budget with the needs of every specific department of the company.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Manage and comply with government reporting requirements.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Supervise and maintain cashflow through credit control and collections.
- Forecast and present financial inflows and outflows during the financial year.
- Additional duties as necessary

**Finance Manager Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP and General Ledger and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- The ability to work accurately and independently.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Outstanding leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong time and people management skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
