**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Provide information about services.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in (e.g., English, Hindi)
- **Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.**:

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- **Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.**:

- **Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejection.**
