**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counseling**: Offer personalized counseling to help students choose the right programs based on their academic interests, career goals, and qualifications.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in recruitment events such as information sessions, college fairs, open houses, and school visits.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with applicants to ensure all requirements are met and provide support throughout the decision-making process.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, financial aid, and faculty, to ensure a seamless admissions process.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports on admissions statistics, trends, and other relevant metrics for review by senior staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in education, business, or related field).
- Previous experience in an educational setting or in a student-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the admissions process and student recruitment strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of database management tools.
- High level of interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
