**Job Headline: Leading Training Company Hiring Entry level Business Communication Trainers. Experience not required**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Undergo the Train The Trainer certification which is provided to trainers with little or no experience in training**
- Post certification the trainer will deliver English language/Soft skills training to new hire training batches
- Ensure trainees meet post training benchmarks set by the client
- Training batches are with different corporates that are Shradha HRD clients
- Conduct a training need analysis as per client need
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them come up the learning curve
- Conduct refresher or stratified training for batches that are bottom quartile
- Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities & ensure 100% compliance on reports
- Should have the flexibility to travel to other locations in India for training
- Willing to work in a flexible shifts (if required)
- Should have excellent communications skills and English language skills
- Experience in training is a plus-retail, domain, product
- Proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word
