**Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Stewards to join our team. The role involves ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and drinks as per standards.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-presented.
- Handle customer queries and complaints courteously.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma preferred).
- Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant service will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
