**Job Title**: Waiter / Steward
**Location**: Bandra west
**Department**: Food & Beverage
**Reports To**: Restaurant Manager / Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Waiter/Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations.
- Follow all safety and hygiene policies.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Work as part of a team to provide a seamless dining experience.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a waiter/steward is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
