**Position Overview**:
As a Product Owner, you will work with the world’s top and largest media and entertainment companies, helping implement our industry-leading RSG-Rights strategic rights management software. You will collaborate with executives to help them improve their processes to discover and unlock hidden value.

This is a Product Owner role within the Product Management Group at RSG. You will be collaborating closely with Key stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Development teams. You will be expected to document business requirements for the product features and translate them to the development team, perform business functional testing, conduct UAT and training, and certify the product features for the launch. We are looking for a highly competent and motivated individual in this role.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Capture both configuration and customization requirements and document them so our Product Management and Product Development teams can take appropriate actions.
- Define and document customer business functions and processes, consult with all levels of the client to discern and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
- Act as liaison amongst end-users, project managers, sponsors, developers, and product managers in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, acceptance, adoptions, and maintenance of our software.
- Analyze the feasibility and develop requirements for enhancements to the system; ensure that designs fit the needs of the users. It should be designed in such a way that it can be productized.
- Track and fully document changes to functional and business specifications; write detailed universally understood best practices for permanent records and for use in training.
- Identify opportunities for improving business processes using our software and services.
- Read and interpret requirements and functional technical literature; translate into terms understandable to the end-users.
- Work with clients to plan, organize, and conduct business process reengineering and change management projects.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.
- Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching of professional and technical staff. Help develop or revise the training curriculum. Conduct formal training sessions.
- Ability to write Use cases, Scope documents, Design documents, Requirements Mapping, etc.
- Understanding of Integration processes and API structures.

**Education, Experience, and Requirements**
- Engineering Degree with 4+ Years of Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst/Product Owner in product-based company
- Preferable: Certifications in Product Management
