**DME Job Description**:

- Make reports by calculating scoring parameters using **Advanced Excel functions** like V-Lookup, H-Lookup, pivot tables, if, nested if, import range etc.
- Familiarity with **Google app script**.
- **Resolve glitches** occurring in any of the existing sheets like checklists, FMS dashboards etc.
- Coordinate with **third-party software** vendors to resolve any issue arising while using the software.
- Make **custom dashboards** as per management needs as and when required.
- Suggest how to improve the process.
- Resolve IT-related issues.
- Other manual **data-feeding tasks** as and when required by management.
- To maintain professional & technical knowledge by **attending workshops.**

**KRA of DME**
- To handle the entire data of the organization by managing Google Forms, sheets, PPT etc in a well-organized professional manner.
- To calculate and create the daily/weekly/ monthly/ yearly staff reports in a timely manner.
- Take full responsibility for any data-related problem and resolve that in an efficient way.
- Follow the hierarchy of data files stored in the database as designed by the management.
- To keep track of any new sheet, form or file created and index it wherever required.
- IT-related issue solved
- Any other KRA added from time to time as required by Management

**Experience**

Minimum **2 years** experience in a similar profile.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- MS Office Suite/ Google Spreadsheets/ Google Forms
- Basic computer knowledge
- Communicate well in English or Hindi along with Local language
- Presentation Skills
- High Energy Level
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability to fetch data from software like BUSY, Tally etc.

**Work Timings**:
9:00 am to 5:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
