- Conduct clinical demonstrations and hospital visits
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
- Mentor and guide nursing students academically and professionally
- Maintain student attendance and academic records
- Assist in organizing workshops, guest lectures, and assessments

**Requirements**:

- GNM / BSc / MSc in Nursing from a recognized institution
- Valid Nursing Council registration (INC/State Council)
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Passion for teaching and student mentoring
