We’re looking for a professional People Administrator to join our HRSC Team.

**What we need from you...**
- Administration of the full onboarding/offboarding life cycle across international locations
- Arrange and conduct exit interviews, raising potential patterns/concerns to the HRSC Manager
- Process the necessary paperwork for internal changes such as promotions, relocations, job title and line manager changes
- Responsible for maintaining and updating HRIS (Oracle HCM)
- Manage queries raised in our HR Inbox/ Service Now Portal and ensure queries are distributed in a timely manner
- Responsible for maintaining employee files - ensuring documents are easy to find and up to date
- Process invoices via Oracle in a timely manner to ensure payment is made in line with agreed terms
- Ensure all HR queries are responded to within the agreed SLA’s (Service Level Agreement)
- Assist with any project related activities
- Undertake any other reasonable requests as required
**What skills & experience you’ll bring to us...**
- Administrative experience in similar role
- Basic understanding of employment law
- Prior experience with databases/HR systems
- Ability to manage a high volume of work, prioritise critical activities within tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and excellent attention to detail
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong communication skills
- Key focus on customer service
- IT Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) basic to intermediate level
- Knowledge of Power BI (desirable)
