Agm - Leasing

Market research for identification of the requirements for office leasing, office space and leasing commercial space to the clients.
- Managing relationship with channels partners, IPC & Banks to monitor their performance.
- To send regular updates to channels partners, IPC of availability and detail of future developments.
- To act as an interface with all Realtors/Corporate occupiers/investors with reference to their requirements, submission of offers, RFP’s, presentations, etc.
- Develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities for direct marketing.
- To-develop and coordinate with company selling cycle and methodology for commercial project.
- Responsible for leasing function which may include negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
- Completing necessary documentation like LOI, agreement to lease, lease deed and renewals.
- Responsible for generating enquiries, filling RFP, Site inspections.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations.
- Closure of Renewals of expired lease deeds in consultation with reporting management.
- Other related works assigned by your reporting manager.
