**Quality and Performance Audit Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The quality and performance Audit Manager will be responsible for managing the quality and performance audit process of the teams who work with our clients. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical and grammatical skills, and the ability to provide constructive feedback. The quality and performance Audit Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and correct quality and performance issues and will be responsible for documenting and reporting on audit findings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the quality and performance audit process for teams who work with clients
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality and performance standards are being met
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and adherence to quality standards
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans to address quality and performance issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality and performance standards
- Create and maintain audit reports and documentation
- Develop and deliver training programs to improve quality and performance awareness and compliance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in quality audit, performance management, or a related field
- At least 1 year of Customer Support experience
- Strong communication and grammatical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality and performance standards
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
