We are looking for a ROW Officer (Right of Way) from Transmission Line who will coordinate with government department as well as the Project consultant for clearance, liaisoning with farmers and preparing documentation and preparing agreements and had **an** **experience of at least 2 years.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review all ROW documents (project Valuation Report, etc.) of all Projects.
- Facilitate the settlement of ROW for land and improvement damages.
- Conduct periodic site inspection to ensure proper ROW Acquisitions.
- Check and review the monthly activities and accomplishments of ROW Acquisitions.
- Perform other functions related to the implementation of the projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Willingness to travel for monitoring Project sites.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or related field.
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
