**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Retail Operations Management**:
- Oversee retail store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to customers.
- Manage the retail team, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to electric services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- **Sales & Marketing**:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote electric services and products (e.g., energy plans, electrical appliances, and accessories).
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs by identifying new opportunities and expanding market share.
- Work with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract customers to retail locations and digital platforms.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate electric products or services.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous improvement of service standards.
