Dispatch and Inventory Officer

Responsible to ensure that the products will be dispatched on time to the client site without any delay or damage by checking the availability of the products and customer in 1-2 days before the date of delivery.

Responsible to Supervise and manage overall dispatch & Inventory processes of the organization for keeping the delivery on time.

Responsible to resolve complex issues related with dispatch, product return and damages report with the management about the same.

Responsible to verify & assess all the bills before transferring to warehouses and customer location to check the products.

Responsible to detect errors in dispatch process & make appropriate corrections there by ensure no errors in dispatch process

Responsible to ensure the proper management of vehicles in dispatch of products through coordinating with the drivers and schedule the dispatch a day before.

Responsible to ensure proper follow ups are happening to the customer about the dispatch of products.

Responsible to manage the customer complaints, report to the management & give reply or solution to the customer within a day maximum

Responsible to ensure minimum 95% customer satisfaction on dispatch of products by keeping the commitments.

Responsible to ensure all the tax bills are 100 % accurate without any errors in product code, GST number, delivery address.

Responsible to attend whole team meeting and ensure that all the suggestions, decisions and actions are implemented at the right time.

Responsible to prepare & submit the daily and monthly reports to the management without any fail & errors

Responsible to ensure that all the final delivery bills/slips are maintained in a proper way

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kotamangalam, Kotamangalam - 686691, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 4 years (preferred)
