**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure that materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per project requirements.
- Check quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to design and finishing standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle minor site issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate major concerns to management.
- Assist in project handover and final quality checks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution methods.
- Ability to read drawings (civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture, false ceiling, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
